In times like this, bad guys are thinking of exploiting opportunistically and preying on people's fear for survival. If there is cyber bullying going on to carry out sophisticated social engineering or pressure based financial crime, I humbly suggest we create a cyber bullying protection service run by the government to negate those ill effects online. Such out side the box strategies can prove effective even when things return to business as usual.
