I love cottage cheese, there's a fantastic Indian dish called Paneer Tikka Masala (marinated paneer cheese is similar to cottage cheese) which is a must have in a Vegetarian diet; I'll even go one step further to say that this is even better than meat dishes-can go head to head, and you may try to substitute or replace meat dishes
