I love China, I love Chinese and I love Chinese food. My favourites are roast goose, pork ribs and bakkwa. I have a lot of favourite dishes, I should make a free cookbook or list and share for free.
I used to go to Bee Cheng Hiang in Holland Village Singapore every week or two to buy some delicious bakkwa. It is better than beef jerky, it is a treat. My favourite bakkwa is the bacon bakkwa. They make crocodile bakkwa from the crocodile farm in Singapore as well lol. I need to try once!
On one occasion, (unless I was mysteriously invited because Martinn uncle does the 'big business' in Singapore and knows everyone), I saw Lee Kuan Yew at Holland Village. I always knew, I was just 'lucky', I was just lucky. It is like Meghan Markle winning the lottery, it is the only factor which sets me apart: Luck.

I am sort of like Zarathustra, the Zoroastrian prophet, who heard Ahura Mazda as a 30 year old in the river, he sacrificed the white bull. I am not like prophet Mohammad who did not eat beef apparently. I am not like my uncle Thilanga or Jagath or my mum who do not eat beef.
