Since when, did the judges get so stupid? The people, the politicians we elect, they anyway, thank G-d, have more power, they make and interpret the laws, the judges explain that interpretation only.
Since when did cops get so stupid? They are being outsmarted by criminals. Why can't cops control drugs by getting rid of the supplier's profitability?
That way, you control the problem 100%. You do it profitably, you stamp out crooks and you help the poor helpless drug addicts.
