This man Douglas Dillon, his parents were rich, they changed their name to hide the grandfather's Jewish ancestry from Poland when they came to America after the civil war (slavery). The dad was a rich financier.

President Kennedy is killed, as is Vice President Johnson, most of the Senate and Congress, and most members of the Kennedy administration. Dillon, the Secretary of the Treasury, is eventually found to have survived the war and becomes the 36th President of the United States.
This guy probably is innocent. But there is a chance, as treasury secretary, Clarence Douglas Dillon, he has assigned JFK's security detail. He may have been responsible for his murder. As the secret service directly reported to Clarence Douglas Dillon.
