I like this air conditioning unit! I need a new one. It's often hot in my room. The air conditioning system is like 15+ years old. So, it doesn't work. Even the air conditioning in Jacques' house doesn't work. It's very hot in his house. I think the living room area in our house is well ventilated, so it is nice and cool.
I have a minor headache. Withdrawal symptoms from missing a Mirtazapine dose, will not be fun, I think I must stay on antidepressants until things improve. If there is a loss of income or some kind of serious injustice or anxiety, it is best to stay on them.
I do not take Sri Lanka's healthcare, judicial or education systems seriously. The medical system is a sad joke. The doctors are not trained properly. They have qualifications from local universities. They do not know what they are doing. So, there are a lot of very serious ongoing problems. They mistreat, misdiagnose and mis-prescribe medication, this is happening very regularly. The leaders are also poorly educated, so they can't see it, the people do not see it, so they prefer emperor's old clothes stay on. They can improve if there's supervision by specialists who are leaders in international ranked medical research.
