I think for education, what matters is having very good quality. So, when these local kids do O Level and A Levels, they can in fact, apply for universities internationally with their grades as our standards are high, respected and valued.
Right now, the public education system is horribly bad. They are stuck with local universities. It's a hellish experience only for local students. As they're poor, they have no choice but to attend locally. It's a cesspool with many problems bubbling up. A hot cauldron of poison. That's the well, they're stuck in, and they can't jump out. Croak. Ribbit. They can't enjoy the world or see it.
I think maths and science are valuable.
I'm especially keen on computer. We must combine maths with computing. So they are allowed to buy and bring phones to class. They should have fun. Or else a laptop. They can just share a big laptop.
With the phones, they can practice questions and answers at home or on the bus.
I want there to be no Sajith Premadasa buses. That is remarkably ineffective. You shouldn't rely on this. Even the US school bus system is extreme stupidity. Bus rates for kids should be low..
But I think we should also, unlike Singapore, have the bus route number, and also have to add the bus price fee.
Singapore uses FeliCa, it calculates fare at full price of longest route, minus tap out waiver fee, or something. So route 1, is 10 stops max. Max fee is $10. It's $1 per stop. So if you get off stop 5, it's $5 bucks only.
I want to go a few steps above this. So these kids, people who are cash conscious, they can book bus tickets, in advance, online via our app, and also do cool stuff, and then the display will show the rate for people to enter the bus.
Big massive buses like in Singapore.
