Privacy
How we handle your information.
A plain-English explanation of what AngryPages collects, why we use it, and how we protect it.
01
What We Keep
We collect the information we need to operate AngryPages: account details, published work, purchases and unlocks, device and session information, support messages, payment metadata, cookies, and AI prompts and replies when those features are used.
We may also keep security, abuse, legal, privacy, rights, billing, creator, and moderation records when necessary to operate and protect the service.
02
Why We Keep It
We use information to operate accounts, provide access, support readers and creators, process payments, prevent abuse, secure the service, improve AngryPages, and meet our legal obligations.
This can include login, access control, creator review, moderation, fraud prevention, debugging, analytics, legal requests, and customer support.
03
AI & Processors
When you use AngryPages AI, your prompts and replies may be processed by AngryPages and approved technology providers, including OpenAI, xAI/Grok, ElevenLabs, and other vendors we use.
Private, paid, restricted, creator, and unpublished work is not treated as a public dataset for unauthorized third-party model training.
04
Ads & Analytics
We do not sell personal data for cash.
We may use advertising, analytics, affiliate, and measurement services to operate AngryPages and understand how people use it.
Where required, we provide privacy choices and honor valid opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
05
Retention
Different information is kept for different periods.
Account, support, security, payment, archive, and legal records may have different retention requirements. Privacy request records are kept for at least 24 months. Billing, tax, payout, dispute, legal, and accounting records may be kept for up to 7 years or longer where required.
06
User Controls
You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of eligible personal information through Privacy Request. For creator assistance, use Settings → Privacy → Get Help from Publisher.
When support requires us to review work connected to a request or booking, that review is limited to what is needed to provide the service.
Authorized AI support may also create a temporary private working copy when necessary to complete a request. It is not made public or published as a result.
07
Payments & Security
Payments are handled through approved processors such as Stripe, CCBill, banks, or direct payment routes. AngryPages does not store full card numbers.
We may retain billing metadata, purchase and unlock records, checkout information, invoices, receipts, chargebacks, fraud signals, and security logs to operate the service and protect accounts and transactions.
08
Requests & Disclosure
Privacy, legal, rights, and law-enforcement requests are reviewed for identity, authority, scope, jurisdiction, and safety.
We disclose information only where permitted or required by law. Emergency requests must establish an appropriate legal basis and an imminent threat of death or serious physical injury.
