Well, we have already published a budget.

That's all. Percentage wise, it will be something along that.

If $12b x 5 years = $60b.

Then 20 percent savings = $2.4b. It's $12b by the end of 5 years.

If our tax collection is improved.

It's $50b dollars. In 5 years, that's $250b.

Then still, we will save 20%.

This means $10b savings. Or $50b in 5 years.

Japan is only being sensible. They aren't being extremely ingenious. They're just being honest. We aren't.

I don't have my laptop or data. But I think this picture is in the red color Captain's Log. Week 49. I don't have it and I can't be bothered to get a copy of my proposed budget.

But we will try teetering.

Most of this money will be pumped by our ministries into "industries".

This is what anyway should have been done. Banks should have done it. Private sector should have done it. But wasn't. They will also get our state monopoly resources to make use and enter markets to make things competitive.

This means that people end up earning very high incomes and we earn it back, by taxing everyone.
