The issue with Sri Lanka is corruption. But what this corruption really means is that everything is hidden. People can't see what's happening in government.

So he's visiting Sampanthan, to talk bullshit, and playing into his Pocket Aces, that he's won the war. That he is the leader of our Sinhalese.
