It doesn't matter if a court case takes 6 months. But the judges will be told by me and my Chief Justice Hornik, to make sure, that defendants and criminals are paying for every delay that they cause, with specific performances and orders and injunctions, including suspending any significant sales or business or travel, and that also, we will publish everything.
It's better to run the courts in English and translate to Sinhalese and Tamil.
In ancient times, it may have been Sinhalese only. But the king was delivering justice.

We're doing it all in English. As it's easy to type in English and upload to my Law Ministry website. And then translate.
Same goes for health and education.

It's harder to type in Sinhalese or Tamil..
Easy to do it in English.
