I think that a minister is paid a small salary of $1,700 per month, close to $21,000. But has a million dollar budget. Often many $1,000,000s.

I think if 28 max ministers out of 225 MPs. Or 12.4%. Then $12b/28 = $428,571,428.57 dollars on average per minister to administer. Some ministries like defence, finance and ports and highways gets much more funding. Health, education, whatever.

Many customers or people he or she is responsible for. They didn't all want him or her. But they got him or her. They didn't buy from him or her out of personal choice, but had to and have to always buy from him or her.

Usually a cabinet gets 7m over 5m (2nd best/ against) over 6m (combined against) out of 16m votes.

The 20 or 50 (28*) ministers are responsible for the $12,000,000,000 yearly budget. They obviously steal any way they can. Because the people aren't realistic and the leaders are crooks because of the people.

I think large state owned enterprises such as SLT, they appoint people in, to run to steal. I think courts are the same. They appoint someone they trust to meddle with key cases, such as murders involving the son, theft or property fraud, whatever, or to steal or delay.

These people again appear to be paid very little. $2,000 per month tops. I think Nandalal Weerasinghe is paid that range. LKR 400,000 or 600,000. I think he says 400,000. But they're responsible for so much. Too much. And then they are obviously going to betray or steal. They often can't do the job.

I would rather have one bank run by capable people, than 10 or 20 run by people who just can't do the job.
