A Performer as Ambassador and Replacing Welikada Prison

Lehan wants Nina █████ to be the El Salvador Ambassador to Sri Lanka, and also can cooperate with you to re-build a new prison in Sri Lanka. I think Welikada, land, is very valuable, good location. I can do something else with it. I think we will build a better prison someplace else.
