We can anyway sell Lal's house (if required; compelled by courts), to pay for the $100 million in damages (if proven guilty of embezzlement/theft), as the AG's Office and Courts, to the 35,000.
So he'll be reduced to nothing, on the streets, like a beggar, with nothing to his name, and also, unable to leave the country, he'll be imprisoned for life.
I think I prefer that.
