I think it's heart wrenching to learn there's mass starvation, which is systematic. It's highly prevalent. I have seen anorexic patients in British mental health facilities, who are worse than me. Like bones. It's tragic. People here are forced to be that way. I think this is a man made disaster, which has come about because of stupidity. The election's spirit should revolve around support of intelligence, honesty and accountability. This is a better tone, that we owe to the people, as this starvation is very painful. Ranil told off some reporters. He lied people will not starve, but couldn't indicate how. We promise to provide 3,000 calories per person per day. It's through much needed backbone investment in farming, and also by making much need corrections to buddhist right livelihood interpretations.
