1:30 p.m.
Fans don't do anything.
They use wind to wipe off the moisture on your body
Giving you a cooling sensation
This is perspiration
It's how your body stays cool
The fan helps with circulating air
But doesn't cool the room
You need air conditioning
What we could do, is we could either:
1. Free market:
Where kids with money, will pay for air conditioning
And
2. Friendly free market:
We use the sales tax
This is reduced by income or family income tier
So then, if it's $10 bucks, for the air conditioning
It's just easier for poor kids to afford it
We just add a mark-up of 50% to account for it
I guess, 5,000,000 kids / 10,000 schools =
500 kids per school
And like 20 kids per classroom
I am undecided, we'll have to talk about it
I am also unsure about 190 days of school
I also will need to check if extra saturdays work
It can mess up our scheduling
So we will have to study it, then decide
Rebecca is the new first education minister

Hehe
I guess, 20 is a good size
190 days works
38 weeks per year
I guess, if it's 35 weeks like me
It's then
Gah, I suck at math
Did you know I failed my A Level maths?
I did it again, I tried it again
I still failed hehehe
Give me all your taxpayer money!!
Moolala, yayo
Yayo!
I guess, smarter kids, will do 4 days or 3 days
While dumb ones like me, ████████████████, will do 6 or 7
While there are special ed schools
If it's 20 students
Then air conditioning it, is like $100 bucks maybe
This is per month
And so, with some modest subsidy, as an investment
And $100 / 20 = $5 bucks per month, yes
If otherwise, we want, we can bundle in bigger rooms
So 25 or 50 kids, and then divvy $100 = $4 or $2 bucks
Which is quite a low cost as food costs so much more
And there is the transport fees as well and school fees
The teachers do earn a lot as it's a private school system
Or
3. Scholarship system:
So kids with good grades, as a reward
Get to go in the cool rooms, with air conditioning
So if they get As, then yes
But this creates problems, for us
As kids don't mingle, there's elitism
So you have issues, even with stopping uniforms
Or the mixed gender schools thing
We will still see, best to combine these approaches
***
Yes, when I saw the financials
We can afford it
I think we're just better trained managers
So we can make it happen
