I had a shower with conditioning, and a soap body wash, followed by a sea salt body scrub by Saint Ives and I also did a face wash.

I was astonished that even after a thorough shampooing, and washing my hair. That when I was applying hair conditioning, that I found a lot of hair in my hands! I'd expect that the shampoo would take it out.

I'm going to hair dry again soon, and then just rest and relax.

I'm sad my body weight has fallen. In the shower, I was contemplating lipo injection. Or a saline olive oil drip, so my body fattens up. I have struggled to gain weight.

I worry my exercise regimen is too much. My 15 minutes, I will cut to 10 minutes. I should be doing compound exercises like squats, deadlifts and chest bench presses.

I lose weight very fast. My genetics, my metabolism, it is very high.

It's problematic. I feel faint. I enjoy my work. I love what I do. It is like a game, it is very enjoyable for me.
