Lalith Kahatapitiya thanks for your support.
I'm sorry I couldn't respond immediately, I wanted to think carefully about what to say to you.
I often think about how you told me that our cost of raw materials is a lot more expensive than the finished goods we can import.
It seems to me the only way for us to survive and thrive is by partnering, working together and focusing on quality, branding and value.
I have a very good team, I'm very proud of my team at Cyberspace Command. They're all happy. All of them are my business partners and they get a share of our profits. Sort of like preferential shares--but more of a deal.
It's how I attracted the best and brightest without much money. I think I remember you told me something about how some people, I can't remember names, started from nothing -- and there's some quite majestic about starting from scratch and bootstraping as a start up.
In fact, we get 1,000s of applications. I only select 1 per 1,000. I ask questions on business skills, deal making skills and choose only the ones who understand business.

Thilanga uncle is our most valuable asset. We're dealing with the security of our people, our money, information and secrets. Without Thilanga uncle, we don't have much credibility in the eyes of banks, telcos, government, health, retail, large enterprises, etc.
I hope we can meet up to discuss some business strategies we're executing vigorously as we're dealing with large MNCs in many countries and I can use some insights on deal making.
