I will be restricting my friends' list on Facebook further. People we are not engaged in active, current contact, we need to remove. I also happen to prefer working with open persons for business or for friendship.
There are people in my team, that are different. Denzil ██████ is open, my friend Jonathan is perfectly open, so I feel safer with them. Jacques, Nanda ██████████, they keep quiet. There are different types.
If for any reason sensitive information is shared with me, it will most likely be judged as hazardous to future activities.
If someone like Pooja Umashankar's husband Prashan Vethakan, I cannot remember his name, if this guy says, "████████████████████ raped some foreigner", I will most likely write it down, as ████████ is a family friend, and so, it is important to protect our family friends strategically. If it is not true, he can make a decision to stay friends with him.
It is a terribly stupid mistake to think you can "trust" me to believe rubbish stories about family friends.
If I am informed someone is saying anything about me by anyone, I will call them, ask them what is up, if it is true, I will ignore, if it is bullshit, I will ██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████
If the information is regarding business or cyber, it will most likely only be shared as names of people and a general summary. This is done for the purpose of shielding against any future accusations of bribery and corruption. In fact, this is the only way to defend against a criminal investigation and to alleviate the terrifyingly poor ranking in the global corruption index SL has found SL in. If I do not declare it, it is a suspicious business activity -- simple as this.
If it is secret, it will be said, "we made an agreement on cyber" or "intelligence", and the date in our internal company records. Details may be shared and explained to our team, but this may be restricted -- and post NDA. The only aspects of a secret cyber or intelligence agreement that will be communicated will be who is responsible, what is the purpose and only if we are permitted to share this information if it is a private sector firm in the US or a state actor or linked firm like China or a "China IT Company PLC".
I sent Shankha Palansuriya a courtesy email, then removed him as a friend on Facebook. I do not wish to keep people I am not actually friends with on FB. If I am a friend of someone's I expect the same courtesy and respect I show them. I think we tried to speak with his dad, Channa at Sampath Bank, it did not work out. It is fine, he probably did not care or take it seriously, or maybe, he did not have any influence, or reasons to help a friend or my dad, but we appreciate his support. I am ready to help them win something seriously, but anyway, these guys live in Canada. They can be friends with Jagath uncle or cousin Chadu.

Channa Palansuriya introduced us to Bhante Saranapala. Who is aware of Jonathan Hirshon because I told him and then introduced him in good standing and in good rapport as a friend. There is a slight risk of information leaks, but this is not a significant threat. If for instance, someone named confides a secret, it may be betrayed by Bhante to Channa uncle, who will update his contacts in SL, such as Jagath uncle. This is not a huge risk in my view. It is not likely any information disclosed is lethal. However, information may be misrepresented to portray our friends as dangerous individuals who are up to no good -- as people will always critically interpret data. This may result in social disqualification in SL market or leaks to the USA enemies***, such as █████ or other known adversaries. The mediocre quality of thinking, flagrant ignoring of corporate values, lack of sophistication, it is a present, very real danger in SL. I advise, we do not reveal any information regarding sensitive business--even to a monk! Any information already confided should be treated as compromised/betrayed, act towards normalising the data to salvage. For instance, despite public perception of intelligence, it is a perfectly legitimate area, a requisite to public security and civilian safety--details of which should ideally be divulged to trusted familiar people who share similar long strategic viewpoints and tactics adjudged vital to preserve such views.
I think my interpretation of friendship or business and partner is quite different to the definitions of these terms in SL. I have adopted US, California definitions. This person, Shankha did not really have any real direct relationship, it was a bullshit friendship. The father Channa knew my dad, seems to act very weirdly, talking to me as a friend, but has some kind of mental reservation it would seem. I try my best to improve competitiveness, I like to get the top guys. I think the top guys are more effective. I did notice a girl Casimira Karunaratne had gone to Harvard to do IT, I thought *This will look fantastic in the company website. The customers will see Harvard, then buy. The customers may complain I did management studies, not IT. So, the second I show this, it will be perfect.* The person was probably upset, went away. Though, strictly not communicated to any individuals or her, I did "believe" that in accordance with Buddhist law of karma, if my dad made ████████████** at Edna Engineering within a 2 year or less state ordered or COYLE lobbying public tenders to engineer within a 2 year or less (prior to 2005) production window, which had █████████████████████████████████████████████added later, then ██████████ Tamil LTTE fighters or civilians according to Channel 4, then it is bad karma, I might die as the karma affects me. I did go a little overboard imagining this will happen--Bhante did listen and help. I think there will be others to take my place, this girl Casimira, is not a cold blooded psychopath. We need to make sure there is someone capable to replace myself. I think I know just who. There is a list of candidates, each having to prove themselves as killers.

** We have updated, there are more dangerous, effective armaments we seek to produce in close partnership with many nations -- for deployment in international theatres of war.
*** The nonaligned status of SL is strategically helpful to Cyberspace Command solutions. This helps to keep SL safe. The lack of buy in from SL authorities has damaged the cyber security rating of SL, we are working on this, but cooperation is challenging.
