I usually see problems before they happen. But when it comes to people, i often make mistakes and am fooled into giving them the benefit of doubt. I am gullible to my folly in showing compassion and empathy. When I'm President, I won't be doing this. At all. It's not going to be this Lehan you know so well, it's mostly going to be:
Day 1. Do this please.
Day 7. Did you get it done?
Day 14. You're fired. Next one up. You're responsible.
Day 21. What's the status of this project?
Day 28. Are we finished here?
Because that is how you can deal with people who can't deliver.
