I wouldn't use SLT if I was the US embassy. I think Julie Chung's crazy. She's flat out delusional. She having signed off on SLT's safety, is probably a clear sign there is a problem with it. Use SatCom for anything important. Use SLT for like basic things like entertainment. NEVER send vital data or WH correspondence off it. We're likely getting hacked, but haven't got much to hide. In fact, Eric should treat everything she's done as highly suspect of being totally wrong, suspicious and likely to have been paid for by hostile parties.
