Exhibit 4. Cardinal sin: Not letting the brisket rest!!

Like WTF is this guy doin'? Why can't he wait? I guess, I also couldn't have resisted hehe. I love brisket. I had it a couple of times in Singapore and I just knew it was the best thing ever.

I bet this Wagyu or even Kobe Beef Brisket must have excellent marbling as a grass fed cow. I bet it must taste really good. I wish I could eat some of this.
