12:00 p.m.
I am starving now.
I was watching this:
Thinking deeply about Michael Corleone's character arc into Don Corleone.
I suddenly got an idea in my mind, it just occurred completely randomly:
"Profiles of Courage"
"Who wrote it?"
Google Search
"JFK! I must read it".
I do not know why I thought of it.
Or if G-d plants all of our ideas.
Or Satan.
Maybe, JFK was also a war veteran like Mikey.
I do not know.
Even this Lee Hsien Loong, he understood, being evil was key, it was required for survival.
He had to go big (or allow wide avenue) on prostitution.
He had to justify attacking journalists.
He had to defend banning gays.
He had to ███████████████████████████.
It is sad.
I do feel empathy for this guy Michael, and everyone else too--
but not so much for Osama.
Leadership is sacred, he did something cowardly, maybe out of desperation in his mind, but ugly.
Whatever.
You cannot please everyone.
It occurred to me, people do what they believe is cool.
The Godfather made the mafia cool. It made all that drama seem cool, getting shot, killing, dying, people want to be Vito or Michael.
They respect and admire him.
It is like the Samurai culture or the Jihad culture, they believe that is honour.
It is quite sneaky to instead of saying, "Let's have gay rights because it is correct" to say, "let's have gay rights because we can ████████████████████████████████████
The Muslims are big on animal rights, they do Halaal, then say, "oh the Jewish people have Kosher which is a lot worse, they painfully kill a cow suspended in the air" to make themselves look good--
in the process, they basically, tell a story, they are morally superior to the Jews, and also, that therefore, they "care about animal rights" unlike the Jews!

Anyway, this guy Michael Corleone.
I was shocked to see that intelligence is different from ruthless.
It is just this guy's perspective.
Unless you are Michael, or you are Lehan, or Thilanga, you can never really understand fully.
This guy believed if he told Kay the truth, she would not understand, it is the truth.
You have to tell lies to survive.
Me, I can probably get away with honesty.
I am a bit "cold blooded" and --
Hehehe "tough, thick skinned".
I can tolerate a lot of problems, pain and stress.
I love how some people, you go up to them, they have such terrible attention spans, they cannot keep up.
"That is enough for today -- see you tomorrow".
A joke!
I love this character analysis of Michael.
Outsider to Insider and Leader.
War hero to War general.
Intelligent to Ruthless.
Honest to Dishonest.
Loyal to Kay to Loyal to Family.
Very interesting.
Everyone is anyway a gangster.
The Queen, her family, historically, they just went around, killing people, stealing, raping, for centuries.
The US, killed everyone in North America, grabbed the land, they used smallpox blankets on kids and civilians.
██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████
Everyone is a part of a gang.
You can say, Sri Lanka is a gang, us Sri Lankan civilians or citizens are part of the Sri Lanka Gang or Cult.
It is perspective.
I loved this scene in The Crown with Margaret Thatcher and Queen Elizabeth II:
Thatcher's son is doing business with South Africa, Thatcher tells her Queen Elizabeth II, "The people in the Common Wealth, they are tribal leaders wearing funny costumes".
Queen Elizabeth II responds: "We are tribal leaders wearing funny costumes".
It is the truth.
We are similarly all just acting, part of some cult or mob, and just getting along.
These companies, the big tech firms, most likely, those people in them, they are part of a personality cult or some kind of thing--
it is how it works.
