I think it is possible for someone to keep working nonstop, it is possible.

It is possible to keep exercising, walking or Michael Jackson This Is It entertaining or driving --

It is just that it adds up, things go wrong.

Some people, even young, healthy doctors, when running marathons, they drop dead.

You feel the burn after a hard day at the gym, the next day, during a rest day, which is when the muscles grow.

The microtrauma of muscles is what grows muscles.

Michael Jackson would be alive if not for his This Is It show, his people who made him do it, killed him.

People fall asleep during lorry or van drives, and then, they kill themselves and others.

I work hard, the stress adds up, I do not see it, and then, the PTSD is badly triggered.

After sleeping and waking up, I can see, there is very little to complain about at all.

███████ did nothing (50% chance), and even if she did, I forgive her.

I should move on, get on with it and move forward.

I have so much to be grateful, so many great, wonderful people.
