Finding Ants in the Strawberry Jam

July 14, 2021 Lehan Edirisinghe

Opened a strawberry jam jar, spotted ants, suspected a lid gap, and decided to throw it away and replace it

The image shows an open jar of raspberry jam placed on a dark countertop. The jar is filled with a deep red, glossy preserve, with some air bubbles visible on the surface, indicating it is freshly opened. The lid is placed beside the jar, showing remnants of jam on its underside. The label on the jar reads "Raspberry," suggesting the flavor of the jam. The scene is well-lit, allowing the deep red color of the jam to stand out against the dark background. There is no visible branding or other distinguishing text present, and the setting appears to be a kitchen countertop. The perspective is from above, focusing on the contents of the jar and the lid.

Finding Ants in the Strawberry Jam Jar

7:30 a.m.

When I opened our strawberry jam jar, I saw there were ants. I quickly rushed to get my camera. They had run away by then. I think they got in through a small damaged or defective gap located near or on the lid.

I'm throwing it away, going to get a new one soon.

Great software. Conserves a lot of battery life. I dunno if this is the right app I have in mind, maybe AVG do another app that puts apps to sleep.
