Cutting the Script for Artistry, Not Runtime

The visible work is a script note about control: I can tighten the whole thing, make it longer or shorter, and reshape its acts, but the real principle is that runtime matters less than artistry, impact, and entertainment value.

I did the whole thing, from start to finish, in 63 minutes. But I can improve the script, cut out any excess fats, any repetition, spruce up the good stuff.

And, I can make it 120 hours run time.

So, act 1 is 60 minutes, act 2 is 60 minutes.

Though, I am not so sure.

Might as well make it 45 -- 45 = 90 minutes.

Or it depends on the script.

It's not about time, it's about artistry, impact, entertainment value.
