Suspecting China Quietly Supported Sri Lankan Communists

I saw, the Chinese have helped bad communists in Sri Lanka in the past.
Though, China pretends, they aren't involved in conflicts overseas--seems they are.
They just do it very quietly, it seems like.
You can't really know who to trust.
I don't really know these Chinese and Russians as well as we know these Americans.

Choosing a Telephoto Lens Over Zoom for Running Shots

Scratch that, I want to use telephoto lense a few times. I think it'll look good.
For example, if I was running, it's cooler than a zoom camera movement.
