This means, we can at long last, after a numbing 1 or 2 years, hopefully begin to resume business.

Tourists might begin to return.

I don't know.

It's been very devastating. Sri Lanka is a tourist dependent economy. It's like 25% or 30% of our economy. So, with 0 tourists, it's been crippling.

I am sorry I deleted a birthday wish on███████████. I was a bit paranoid of hacking as we were discussing cooperating with Russian vendor: Positive Technologies.

I didn't expect Covid-19 to be so devastating. I predicted it would go away quickly, especially, when a vaccine came out, although now, in hindsight, it was worse than expected.

There's millions of cases, many of which are deaths, it feels like an unreal nightmare, a lot of businesses have been disrupted, millions of displaced jobs.

You live in Hong Kong, so you would know. I have not been able to leave my house for months. I feel like Tsar Alexander II, who was imprisoned with his family.

I only left around 5 or a max of 10 times last year. This is with the good vaccine. Usually, to get haircuts, for essential business, etc.

My high tech business is thankfully running as a virtual office. We invested the opportunity and time, to diversify, plan out new strategies, to win projects. We are lucky, as an advanced solutions supplier, we are well positioned than most.

We are actively meeting up with, talking to, doing big deals with the top level national leaders. Last week, I helped light up and open a giant stone thorana/ pagoda monument at my family's Gangaramaya Temple.

My mum visited Army Commander Shavendra Silva and Sujeewa Nelson's house this week.
