It looks like, Covid-19 is finally (Touch Wood! I really don't want to say it too fast!) showing signs of stopping.
This means, we can at long last, after a numbing 1 or 2 years, hopefully begin to resume business.
Tourists might begin to return.
I don't know.
It's been very devastating. Sri Lanka is a tourist dependent economy. It's like 25% or 30% of our economy. So, with 0 tourists, it's been crippling.

I didn't expect Covid-19 to be so devastating. I predicted it would go away quickly, especially, when a vaccine came out, although now, in hindsight, it was worse than expected.
There's millions of cases, many of which are deaths, it feels like an unreal nightmare, a lot of businesses have been disrupted, millions of displaced jobs.

You live in Hong Kong, so you would know. I have not been able to leave my house for months. I feel like Tsar Alexander II, who was imprisoned with his family.
