Changing VLC Skip Speed While Comparing The Longest Yard Remakes

I changed my VLC interface hotkey left right arrow key default skip speed from 10 seconds to 4 seconds.

I am skipping through this, the remake in 2005, they have copied the exact same story.

It's crazy.
