This is because most likely, he's got some real support, of other investors, or Vanguard 8% / 12.4m or the BlackRock Fund Advisors 4.2% / 6.3m (most likely) where they most likely, are voting in Larry, where he must have friends here, and State Street own 4.00% / 6m and Temasek own 3.36% / 5m, so over here, I know Larry is friendly with Temasek in Singapore, so must be getting the controlling share votes, Capital Research 2% / 3m, Wellington 2% / 3m, and a few more. You add all of them up, they are 45.9%. So, over here, all of them, own each other, so it's like a gang. And they just vote in each other, using their shares in each other's firms, to stay in control. Altogether, it's around 46m shares out of 152m. Likely, many of them, own shares in the firm, like Larry owns 563k, which used to be 700k+ a few years ago, and then, again, they just vote themselves in during the annual general meeting.

Correction: So, there is a separate mutual fund list. They also own shares here. So, what happens, will be that they own some more of each other. Now, the strange news is that if Vanguard claim 8%, and I calculate 12%, it should be that they own MORE than 12%. But I mean, that's my calculation. If you calculate by dividing the number of shares Vanguard own in BlackRock, it should be 12,441,926 shares (group) + 4,261,202 (mutual fund), and that's divided by total shares issued which is
