The day starts in setback fatigue and business frustration, then turns toward one half-confession and one hard doctrine: I lied about Hirshon to reduce terror threats, and under my government guns would still be tightly controlled, even if every citizen is expected to own one through the state system.

Thank G-d, this Kanchana Ratwatte showed up once, by miracle, sat next to me and had a chat by chance. At some diner that no longer exists. I was having chicken wings.
He's called Jagath. Jagath burst on the phone angrily telling me not to talk to lawyers. This Jagath guy's not to be trusted at all. He's lied it's being handled. The more humiliating exposure against them the better it is for me. It's gotten to such a bad low, that nobody wants to do business here.
I'm quite happy Jim Hyman also refused to have any direct relationship with Thilanga. Extremely bad idea. You'll lose your name permanently. ████████'s perhaps "bipolar" most likely, given the manic way he acts in public. I saw him break the law many times. Some poor chap was singing a song, Breakfast at Tiffany's, he goes, grabs mic, at Intercontinental/ Kingsbury, asks to sing a Sinhalese song. He's threatened to murder Mahesh Dharmadasa. He's tried to hang me because I see how stupidly ruinous it would be for him to kill people like Upali. Such a freak. He's generally moody and appears to be totally removed from reality.
These people like ████████ are insane. If the theory that he'd been behind it (although I sincerely doubt Channel 4's viewpoints blaming Sirisena/Gota for 4/21). Believing that killing church goers will win an election: is whack. Even ████████ killing Lasantha or Bharatha, is absolutely insane. Like very stupid. People shouldn't have tolerated. See when you give an inch, like we did with Lal stealing Edna. He goes for a mile. Stealing $100m off 35,000 depositors. With ██████████████████, he first tried to murder Anuk Wijesinghe. He thought he won. So he went to murder Wasim Thajudeen. This guy ████, letting him get away with killing Lasantha was a big mistake. Everyone knows he did it. He laughs about it. He blames Sarath as a joke. ████████ thought he can murder 270 people because people tolerated Gota. Even the clean water protestors, he had soldiers get out of an ambulance and shoot them dead. That all happens because our stupid people tolerated all of those small mistakes and slights very emotionally unhygienically.
If Thilanga makes one mistake, I'll sack him as speaker. And he'll be investigated, charged openly and dealt with. Dodging a tax will be the last mistake he could make financially because we'll fine him for punitive damages and seize anything we want.
I'm very reluctant to cooperate with this Jagath guy.
I guess getting a laptop is the next move. Should do that.
Shanika is an extremely dishonest person. I think the judge should first sanction her and issue directives to stop the permanent harm to Sri Lanka's reputation, because anything is actually permanent.

Proposing Armory-Controlled Gun Ownership and National Service

I think that my Ministry of Defence Army, will hold all our guns in the armory, but that private citizens, PRs and foreigners with approval from Shavendra can buy up to 10 guns or up to 1,000 for his or her team or units via Sovereign Wealth Fund.
I know SL is all about Sovereign Debt only. But I'm interested in SWF. And making sure Sri Lanka's prospering. █████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████

I think it costs a pretty penny, but can make it and lower the cost and trade internally. People can also, if higher up in army, can buy up to 10, and can also hand out as gifts directly, up to 1,000 guns per year to citizens.
They can feel free to use them in our armories or shooting fields or target practice grounds. Or during National Service.
But they must always be used only on our army premises and cannot be removed. Or else those people will be sentenced. I think our top soldiers will manage this carefully. No criminal activity will be tolerated.
I'm sad to see and hear so many school shootings in the US.
It's very stupid.
I don't think they should be selling guns for everyone to use. It's like a hell.
Every country is a kind of a hell in its own special way.
