Jason Farmer's just like me! I also die for the soft or half boiled eggs. I cook eggs for less than 3 and a half minutes, often 3 minutes of boiling. It's the texture or consistency I enjoy. I sometimes like hard boiled, scrambled if you have loads of butter, and even fried eggs, omelettes or poached which is very tough
