I think that we will always have a bad, high Gini co efficient score because we're globalist capitalist. However, that's because our income ranges are so high at the top. We should avoid too many transfers. I suggest and prefer if we artificially allow better real opportunities to participate in markets. We have this 35% market monopoly, in key areas, which we let everyone, especially the poor, SMEs and start ups use to succeed.
I guess, that regarding purchasing, we could use this income tiering system, bot 10%, pay less. However, it causes many problems. Because the price of the good they're buying is actually a set price with cost of production. We could offer production cost prices or lowest mark up, for essentials. You have only one real solid, solution, which is to go for more quantity and lower quality. We can try to improve things.
I am unwilling to increase our effective rates of taxes, because if this isn't competitive, we can't do business effectively.
We want it between 7 to 4%, and throttle it down to 1% minimum. I think we may allow it down to 0% for certain areas.

In the end, I think that I'd rather be USA giving lottery green cards to the lucky ones who win a place to come work in the US. Because they can't really work in their own native countries or aren't allowed to do so.
