Editorial credibility needs boundaries

What this day really showed

This day wasn’t “a diary entry.” It was a snapshot of a company becoming tangible:

• suppliers entering the orbit,
• distribution strategy taking shape,
• monetization being tested,
• credibility being negotiated in real time.

The platform doesn’t need more hype. It needs more days like this—days where decisions land, standards tighten, and the product steadily looks less like a project and more like a publisher.
