If you paid but cannot read what you purchased, tell us:

which book or page · when you purchased it · your receipt or invoice reference · what you see now

Bugs & Security

If you accidentally discover a security problem, stop there and report it. Do not probe the system or access other people's information.

What we look at first

We prioritize problems involving:

payments · account access · active service failures · safety · privacy · legal issues

General suggestions and complicated requests may take longer.

Our job is to either fix it, route it correctly, or tell you what information we still need.

Keep private information private

Do not send:

passwords · passphrases · full card numbers · private keys · government IDs · unrelated private information

If we genuinely need sensitive evidence, ask us for the appropriate way to send it first.

Support fixes a problem. Human Touch knows the project.
