Rules

Public standards for content, conduct, and enforcement. What is allowed, what is not, and what AngryPages does about it.

Rules explain platform standards. All Terms, incorporated policies, and signed agreements control.

Hard stops

Direct no's. If it lands here, it is not publishable as-is.

1.16 No adult funnels AngryPages does not allow adult-performer funnels, paid sexual-service promotion, or explicit creator monetization funnels on this service.

Truth, privacy, and rights

This is where trust breaks: fake identity, false evidence, privacy abuse, and rights abuse.

# Rule Standard
2.1 No fake identity No misleading impersonation of a person, business, institution, or authority.
2.2 No fake authority No forged credentials, fake identities, or fabricated authority claims.
2.3 No scam systems No scams, fraudulent offers, phishing flows, or deceptive funnels.
2.4 No reach manipulation No coordinated inauthentic behavior meant to manipulate reach, trust, or public perception.
2.5 No fake evidence No synthetic media, fabricated documents, or AI-made evidence presented as authentic where deception could cause harm.
2.6 No dangerous health lies No dangerous medical or safety claims presented as fact.
2.7 No civic or panic lies No false claims that interfere with civic processes or provoke panic, violence, or severe reputational harm.
2.8 Label fact from framing Clearly separate fact, allegation, analysis, satire, advocacy, and opinion.
2.9 Privacy comes first No leaking, trading, or exposing private or sensitive personal information.
2.10 Use what you can defend Publish only content you own, control, license, or otherwise have the right to use.
2.11 Respect legal rights No infringement of copyright, trademark, publicity, or other legal rights, and no leaving clearly unlawful material up after valid notice.

Context and publishability

This is the grey zone: what can stay up, what moves higher, and what stops being monetizable.

# Rule Standard
3.1 Allowed context Educational, documentary, scientific, artistic, journalistic, or public-interest value can justify difficult material when the context is explicit.
3.2 Required framing Use a clearly explanatory, critical, analytical, or reportorial purpose, not celebratory, fetishistic, recruitive, or instructional framing.
3.3 Context has limits Context is not a shield for glorification, shock tactics, hate, exploitation, or facilitation.
3.4 Distribution limits Warnings, age-gating, reduced distribution, limited sharing, tier escalation, or monetization restrictions may apply.
3.5 Use tiers intentionally Tier 1 and Tier 2 are for general-audience, mainstream-safe, well-contextualized material. Tier 3 and Tier 4 are for controversial, graphic, adult, regulated, or otherwise higher-risk material.
3.6 Creator storage and publishing route When AngryPages stores creator material, it stores it in Delaware HoldCo as a service in the creator's account. When AngryPages publishes, it publishes through OpCo.
3.7 High-risk categories Explicit sexual content, graphic shock material, weapons, explosives, drugs, tobacco, alcohol, gambling, fraud-enabling tools, hateful framing, and exploitation of recent sensitive events require stricter handling.
3.8 If in doubt Add context, move the content higher, or separate the durable written asset from the risky presentation.

Creator workflow

The cleanest way to stay out of trouble is to structure the work properly before it goes live.

# Rule Standard
4.1 Build the spine Start with a clear headline, summary, and factual spine. Attribute material claims and use primary sourcing where practical.
4.2 Separate the lanes Separate reporting from opinion, satire, fiction, and advocacy. Make synthetic or composite elements clear when a reader could mistake them for evidence.
4.3 Check risk before release Remove private identifiers, unsupported allegations, and unverifiable accusations. Review rights, privacy, and defamation risk before release.
4.4 Keep improving Use reader feedback and policy feedback to improve the work each cycle.

Enforcement

This is what happens when the rules are ignored or the risk gets too high.

# Rule Standard
5.1 Edit or label We may require edits, added context, labels, warnings, or age-gates.
5.2 Limit reach We may limit discovery, recommendations, sharing, or move content into a higher-risk tier.
5.3 Remove or demonetize We may disable monetization or remove content.
5.4 Account action We may suspend publishing privileges or terminate accounts, act immediately without notice for severe violations, and escalate penalties for repeated violations.
