I had about 4 cigarettes from Dunhill and 1 Lime Vodka Mojito, a whiskey sour I didn't drink because I didn't like it -- I don't like the taste of Whiskey, and I had a great time eating -- the lamb chops were good and hanging out with family, at Wagisha akki's birthday party at All Star Sports Lounge which is basically Sporting Star's lounge.

I'm just getting up. Last night's Mojito was pretty good. I don't like whiskey or whisky sours. It was Iruka aiya's alcohol. I have some plans for this. The All Star needs to get a liquor license. Even Butler's needs a liquor license from Tourism board or something.

I'm having an important meeting tomorrow with Mihiran Perera. He's applied to be our COO. I decided he's got the ambition and seems trustworthy, we can work with him. He's going to tackle NDB and Union Bank. Maybe Commercial Bank too.

The thing is my team are like my partners. They sit at the table. I only handpicked my leaders. They chose to be there. They can hire 10 people extra or do anything they like. So, automatically we become 7 x 10 = 70 people. I'm excited to grow into 8 countries via Axiata.

I only pick the CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CMO, CSO, VPS and CFO. I'm doing the chairman, CEO and CFO job. 1,000s of people want to work for me, I filter down to 10, and select 1. It's all based on trust. At the higher level, trust is the only thing that matters. I don't care about technical skills or who they know.

12:30 p.m.

Our business transformed into an institution. It's turned into a cult, a secret society, a mafia outfit. This makes sense because it builds loyalty, which we need, and also because we engage in ███████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████. I love it. A young Michael Corleone.

Or Lee Kuan Yew. I don't know. I do know I believe an institution must outlive the creator and not depend precariously upon individual personalities such as mine. I love cults, gangs, whatever. I must be a criminal to be making this kind of profit so fast at this age.

Omg! This dude in Magic City is Jeffrey Dean Morgan! The bad ass villain Negan in The Walking Dead. I love this show. Ike Evans reminds me of Dr Hans Wijayasuriya.

3:30 p.m.

I like Magic City with Jeffrey Dean Morgan. I had milk rice for breakfast. I ate cake and then fried potato wedges for lunch. I read smoking is bad on Teen Health. I saw articles on health. I'm a bit sad I never got HPV vaccines. I hope I never get HPV even though I sleep around so much. I'm 26, I hope I'm not too old to get it. I'm just scared my kids will get autism because I took a HPV vaccine.

I'm liking Magic City with Jeffrey Dean Morgan. It's pretty good. Mihiran Perera will see me tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 p.m., we'll discuss working together. He can have Union Bank, Commercial Bank, National Development Bank and also Hatton National Bank.

I'm disappointed with my grandmother painting, "Achiammi". I need to use a mirror next time. I love to paint beautiful paintings. There's so much majesty. There's so much time, effort, attention, heart and soul that goes into magic.

I think that Mihiran Perera will make a great COO. He can handle the key accounts. I handle Dialog and Central Bank and Sampath Bank accounts. Shathaka handles SLT.

8:00 p.m.

This Magic City is a s*** show hahaha, I'm just forcing myself to watch it. I'm angry my business is going slowly. But it's just the 2nd week. Dialog's probably catching up on last year's legal work as Thulan Amarasinghe informed me. I like this pace anyway.

I like Magic City. It's like how I liked beer. It's an acquired taste. I'm doing pretty great. I did a 10 minute elliptical machine jog. Jeez- Magic City is crazy. This is a good show. A girl got shot. I like it. I like violence, pretty girls and crime. ███████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████

I really like Magic City, it's a recommendation because I liked The Sopranos. I love that show, the Godfather, Sons of Anarchy, Mayans because they're all about gangs, Cyberspace Command is a gang. I love that. I study crime to be an organised career criminal. A high tech, hyper sophisticated and clever criminal who only does crime because I must.

This is a well written, well made TV show.
