I worry the enemy can try to electronically hijack or disrupt signals. I propose the inclusion of some kind of internal android or advanced AI -- which is triggered by a kill switch, when there's a signal disruption or connection loss -- so, it flies back to base or ship. The biggest worry is that as it's electronic, you can get hijacked.
