I hope any persons in contact or visiting the area infected people were geographically are also suspected, especially health workers to contain the spread. If there's no signs of sickness in 1 month (as that's how long it can take for signs to show at most, right?) then they can be allowed to leave.
I still worry that even if sick people recover, then perhaps the virus is still in them and only in remission. They can be spreading the disease inadvertently as it's tough to diagnose or discover sick people. This may explain why it's spread beyond quarantine sites.
