I'm sorry to hear an Air Force trainer aircraft crashed, killing two pilot officers. It's very sad. I think that a good solution is to use computers to first train the pilots, then they try to fly. We need new, safer purpose built planes as well. It's very sad. I hope we study it, to learn what happened, study the blackbox, then make sure that this can't happen as easily again. A lot of accidents happen in air.
