Sanctions, Red Pinky Spot

Called for U. S. sanctions on Sri Lanka to force accountability, then noticed a small red scrape-like spot on the right pinky

I saw this, this file a mp4, it was 4 GB, it had corrupted, so I could not recover it, i couldn't fix it, even by converting to avi, format, so I gave up on it.

When there are sanctions, the country can no longer afford to behave in a corrupt manner. There will suddenly be accountability.

I found a red colour spot on my right hand pinky finger. I don't know what it is. I think it is likely a scrape. I can't remember. It will likely go away. Can be an insect bite too.
