nCoV Anxiety and McSpicy Comfort: The Coping Pattern I Couldn't Hide

I coped with nCoV anxiety the way I often did then, by turning to food, ritual, and belief, while trying to convince myself that comfort, faith, and appetite could keep the panic contained.

I had disturbed sleep. My lip tastes like blood. I think I have a cut in my bottom lip. I'll be okay. My family is panicking about nCoV. I'm pretty happy. I'm going to go get breakfast. I'm hungry. I think I missed breakfast. I'll need lunch or something.

I'm so tired now. I'm getting hungry. I just realised, I didn't really have breakfast or lunch. I just ate 'short eats' for lunch. I'll probably eat dinner soon. I had a nice hot shower. I think my mum went to some event. Our microwave is broken, so, I can't heat up the Lamprais.

It's so hot these days. My lower lip has boiled because of the heat. I can't live without air conditioning. I'm excited for my project with Dialog Axiata PLC. We're trying to do a joint call with Sampath Bank's deputy chief information officer Pasan Manukith as well. I booked him for Tuesday, I need to delay it to Wednesday late afternoon if he's free.

Ron is only available on Wednesday. I think what I can do is, I can try get somebody else from Sampath Bank on the call on Wednesday and sort it out. I spoke to Deepal Akuretiyagama, the COO of NDB, they're ready to do business with me. I'm happy about that. I have a feeling Prashan Pathirage, my friend, told his dad Ashok Pathirage uncle to support us.

One of my best friends, Alex Marsh's full name is Alexander William Parker Marsh. Alexander William Parker Younger is the head of Britain's intelligence agency MI6. The British secret intelligence service is cool. I hope I get him and also previous Mossad director Tamir Pardo or Yosef Cohen when he retires on my board -- or maybe Bob is good enough.

It's how it is. The Jews had to tough it out to survive. The Parsis had to tough it out to adapt to where they escaped after being dislocated. It's how it is. I actually forgot that girl who blocked me. But she had the best university qualifications for the job. I want somebody better to take over from me. Somebody has to take over and go further.

I wonder who I'll give the keys to the chocolate factory to? I don't know why I don't get enough cover letters. 1,000s of people apply for jobs, 10s are taken seriously and 1s are given a chance. I usually fire them for xyz reasons. But I don't get enough real cover letters. I want to hear ideas. Nobody has any new ideas on direction.

I love the Parsis. I just ordered some McDonald's. I got a McSpicy with two slices of cheese, fresh fries and a cold coke without ice because they don't clean their ice machines. I love supporting the Parsis by buying Abans Pestonjee and her family's agent business: McDonald's.

They're like my favourite people all of a sudden. I love their story. I want to make Parsis a part of Sri Lanka. It must be Sri Lanka is full of Buddhists, Christians, Hindus, Muslims AND Parsis.

In fact, just like the Inter Religious Organisation in Singapore, we must have:

I ate most of my McSpicy. I think I hate McDonald's now. I don't like their food. It tastes revolting. I'll try finish my McSpicy and coke tomorrow. I'm so stuffed. I'm feeling sleepy. I take my Mirtazapine and sleep. I'll watch this Kim's Convenience a bit more first.

I weigh 47kg. I used to weigh 40kg, then I've slowly improved to 47kg. I think I only ever want to be 65kg. 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55 (the lower safe weight boundary to no longer be severely underweight or BMI 18), 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 like skinny James ████, I think.
