Devil-Worship + Macabre Notes: Sunday Went Dark
March 8, 2020 Lehan Edirisinghe
The day went dark through occult thinking, death imagery, business religion, and private grandiosity, with me turning symbols, music, and macabre fascination into a way of narrating my own power.
Discussing F-35 Oxygen Problems and a Crash at Sea
You should've mentioned that further to how the F35 had oxygen delivery problems in manufacturing, there's a report a F35 crashed and went missing, although certain parts were found at sea -- widely rumoured to have been because the oxygen delivery system failed, the pilot asked the other jets to abort the mission, the pilot went unconscious, the plane traveled a distance and crashed into the sea.
Clarifying That the Crashed Japanese Jet Was a US-Made F-35
███████ ███ it was a US made F35 which the Japanese bought and piloted that went down.
Questioning Why Other Jets Lost Sight of the F-35 Crash
███████ ███ it seems like it was a very strange incident. I was very disappointed to learn that the most high tech plane went "missing". A lot of people seem unable to accept this had happened. They really should've been taught to be cautious. The other planes should've followed to maintain eyes on the crash site as many high tech components were never recovered or salvaged.
Explaining Mirroring, Labelling and Tactical Empathy in Negotiation
Brandon ███████ I always repeat back whatever people say. It's called "mirroring". I also use tactical empathy or labelling such as "it seems you're annoyed I repeated back what you said" and calibrated questions to force empathy such as "how am I supposed to respond, how do I know you'd be happy unless I agreed?" i always practise my negotiating skills, i always practise mirroring, labelling, etc.
Recommending Chris Voss’s “Never Split the Difference”
Brandon ███████ You should read Chris Voss's book "Never Split the Difference" (2016) or watch his MasterClass on The Art of Negotiation. I manage a cyber security business. But we're all negotiating in almost every interaction. It's a great way to communicate. If you go to a party, and all you do is mirror and label, people will think you're the most interesting person in the room.

Clarifying a Comment About F-35 Oxygen Problems and the Crash
Howdy Jason ████████ :)
It seems you misread my comment. It seems like you understood the first part, but not the second part. I will clarify this for you to help out.
Yes, I watched and heard that part about the oxygen delivery system problems, therefore I wrote:
(1) "further to how the F35 had oxygen delivery problems in manufacturing" [which "they solid mention" in the video], and then..
I also wrote:
(2) "there's a report a F35 crashed and went missing.." [that part which we perhaps didn't hear in the video.]
I think it would've been worth reporting that F35 crash after first mentioning there were reported problems.
Acknowledging That Chinese People Also Shake Hands

Correcting a Misunderstanding About Chinese Greeting Customs
Quinn ████ I honestly didn't know this.. In Sri Lanka we clasp our hands and bow a little to greet respectfully. I thought in Chinese and also Japanese culture, they bow to do so. But now I see that Chinese also shake hands..
I bow to you to recognise you are right...
Saying a Product Retains Michelin-Star Value Even With No Sales
