I Skipped Temple, Played Bowie, and Tried a Monday Fatigue Reset

I skipped temple out of fatigue, listened to Bowie, dealt with flashbacks, watched porn again, and tried to reset the day around negotiation thinking and medication before it went fully dark.

My brought me coffee in the morning. I want some Dolce Gusto capsules. I love that stuff. I was too tired to go to a family event commemorating my grandmother's birthday at Gangaramaya Temple. I spoke with my team, we wished Ron for his birthday.

I'm relaxing. I took my 30mg of ███████████. I'll read a bit of Chris Voss's book Never Split the Difference and then after getting pretty sleepy, I'll go to sleep.
