In business school, a developing trend is the academic study of " leadership derailment ". Modern leaders, especially in business, they carefully learn this because you must learn from the mistakes of others.
Leadership derailment is characterized by:

In political or judicial leadership, you also must worry about:
(4) omnibenevolence which is to foolishly believe you are always right, when we live in a world with 8 major religions which contradict one another (especially, divinity based Zoroastrianism + Judaism + Christianity + Islam versus karmic based Hinduism + Buddhism + Jainism + Asian belief systems such as Taoism similar to Buddhism) and 2 major political systems such as mostly private ownership based markets versus primarily state managed markets that in the words of Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong must mean that nobody has a monopoly on morals or what is agnostically right and wrong -- the top height of arrogance.
