A Normal Dream, Remembered Nightmares and “Dream a Little Dream”

10:15 p.m.

I just woke up. I had a nice, normal dream. I think everyone dreams. They generally have 80% normal dreams. Nothing out of the blue or shocking or bad, so they often don't remember it. They remember nightmares: 15% and maybe wet dreams or about to be good dreams that are interrupted by being woken up: < 5%.
