Just woke up. Gotta get some breakfast. Should contact Seshitha and Visal and Bhakthi today or something. Organize a laptop purchase. I figure. What you need to get, is the best chip. Likely 12700H, then a good video card. If possible, skimp on the RAM and ssd. Because you are short on cash. You can buy a better 32, maybe 64gb memory card, i.e. Ram, and 1 or 2tb of ssd later.

It probably would be wiser to purchase a desktop. But a laptop isn't just portable. It's extremely easy to use. You can keep it on your bed on a small bed top desk. Which is the most luxurious, most comfortable way to do business. I don't like sitting at a desk. ██████████████████████████████████

Regarding this laptop. Or desktop. So obviously, it's best when, you use a good desktop for video games. You can do anything with it. Should get one.

For laptop. I don't see any real reason to buy a video gaming laptop. It's not good value for money.

The trouble here is a limited budget. So you are concentrating on saving money. Instead of buying a laptop and also a desktop, you buy a laptop to save money.

What's more, is that you see a laptop can't be used for too much, so you have

I guess, if $1,500 US, best is to really buy a cheaper, better value Macbook Air, and then write something. Send it to Hirshon. They'll share it with Democratic National Convention or Democrats. As there is a large business case for this. We could most likely edit it and then sell it to the US market as a kind of humanitarian aid donation program to raise funds for Sri Lanka as a charity gift. Because the Americans can pay for a good, transparent and non corrupt political leader for Sri Lanka. That's the real strategy here.

So Dell Inspiron 14R 2012 model, might keep it, fix the ssd, then use it to download stuff. It's good for doing that. New ssd also. The cpu. The 3rd gen intel processor. The motherboard will break soon. It's 10 years old. But sometimes a cpu will last a little longer. I doubt it. I put it under immense pressure.

It's just a soldered in component. It's (cpu) only worth $500 bucks brand new, next gen. In a desktop, you can chuck an old one out, buy a new generation cpu, and then add it in. But with a laptop, the motherboard circuit, is what you are paying for. You have the cpu burnt into the motherboard. If you take it out, the whole thing will break instantly. As it's what you are really paying for. The display screen is also part of the deal. Maybe the graphics card. But you can usually change GPU if slotted. You can change Wi-Fi card. You can replace the hard drive or the RAM stick easily.

There's no real financial strategy to these tax rates implemented by the government. They don't know how much they expect to collect and why they are charging these rates.

With us, we have "earmarked" budgets or expenses or items that we need to raise funds for, and after reaching those, or on the path to reaching those financial collection figures, we will reduce the effective tax rates to zero.

We won't have any deficit. Also, we do raise funds, where we can save money in our bank as reserves as well. However, we will have large pre approved spending lists, as we need to invest in many areas directly.

Even if you have a simple computer strategy game, a city builder or management game. You could easily run a simulation. You can see if it makes sense or not.

I'm very depressed. I'm on medication. I'm thinking of giving up and leaving. There's been absolutely no income. ██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████ It's best to give up and leave Sri Lanka. █████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████

The good news, is that we can try give this data recovery another try. Use the old laptop. Buy a new laptop. Or something.

So it's not sustainable at all. It's best for them to also give up on me. And maybe these written records, will be published openly and made available to everyone.
