A simple support arrangement for individuals and small businesses that want a reliable point of contact for their AWS setup.
Your plan includes:
- One monthly review of your AWS setup and costs.
- Up to one hour of remote technical assistance per month.
- Help understanding AWS bills and service settings.
- Routine troubleshooting and configuration guidance.
- Advice on backups, permissions and basic maintenance.
- A brief update on work completed and recommended next steps.
12-month agreement: $600 total, payable at $50 per month.
AWS usage charges are paid separately to Amazon. Website development, major migrations, complex repairs and additional support are quoted and agreed upon separately.
This is routine support, not 24-hour emergency coverage or a guarantee of uninterrupted service.

We work with websites, applications, digital publishing, online payments and cloud-based services.
We also use Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) for our own communications.
We don't claim to have built hundreds of customer systems. We're offering practical assistance based on the work we do ourselves.
We understand that every dollar matters when you're building something.

We can help you understand the available offers and establish your own account.
Credits, eligibility, available services and account approvals are determined entirely by Amazon Web Services.

Independent assistance.
AngryPages Inc provides independent technical services. We are not Amazon Web Services, and our services are not endorsed or guaranteed by Amazon.
Email services.
We operate our own Amazon SES environment exclusively for AngryPages communications. We do not provide customers with access to our sending infrastructure.
We prohibit spam and protect our sending reputation. We can discuss assisting customers with their own AWS email configurations, subject to Amazon's requirements.
Recommendations.
We provide professional references or endorsements only when we know the person or business well enough to make a responsible recommendation.
Confidentiality.
Client information is handled confidentially and is not used for public promotion without permission. Necessary service-provider access and disclosures required by law remain subject to applicable terms.
