It's really sad when bankruptcy happens. It should be that people are cautious and avoid accruing debts. I never use credit or borrow money.

I rejected two applications for CEO and CMO. Wasantha ███████████ wanted to be CEO, Fara ████████████ wanted to be CMO. Wasantha gets Rs 1mn per month, Fara gets Rs 500k per month. They didn't know much about IT security. I noticed they're dishonest.

Fara likes EAP Edirisinghe and works for Savoy Cinemas. She's just dishonest. She claimed she knew Jagath mami and is friends with Wagisha akki on Facebook. She had a pretty angry tone, I generally get rid of problems very early on. I can see those problems will get worse.

I don't feel so angry now. I dealt with the problem. In the future, there'll be less of them applying. Even if they do, we now demand IT training which we offer anyway. I'm happy. I have gotten what I wanted. I think I'm just angry people are using Jagath mami and my family's names. It's really disrespectful to them. It's door number three anyway: use my uncle to get a recommendation.

The 7 heavenly virtues, deadly sins and ways to works for me are: (1) gain IT security knowledge, (2) network with customers, (3) get a recommendation from Jagath/ Thilanga uncle, (4) leverage friends or family for networking, (5) work at high tech firms for skills or at our customers, (6) mutual interest support to do business and (7) business proposal exploring market opportunities.

I think those ██████████████████████████████████████████████would probably score higher in IQ Tests if they practised. It's probably not all down to genetics. They probably had a bad environment. The East Asians and Jews always study, think, do tests and learn. So, they do better.

As Bill Gates put it, if you do a few IQ tests, you learn how to do them and score higher. These social theories from Lee Kuan Yew are probably misguided. If they had the right direction, they would do better. It's also kind of ignorantly racist. It's ridiculous hehe. I should try to unlearn that.

But I mean, I can't. That's just the way the world is right now. Those ████████genetically smarter. I went to Thilanga uncle's place. Koshi visited us. I went to see uncle's doing some SLPP election work. It's interesting. I read a magazine about Rosy Senanayaka giving a interview.
