Handwriting, Rule of Law, and the Case Against Rajapaksa's Sri Lanka

January 13, 2023

The page moves from pride in clear handwriting and personal competitiveness into a much harsher public argument that Sri Lanka has no real rule of law, that Rajapaksa and the culture around him have poisoned the country, and that openness and published court records are the only honest answer.

Rejecting a $20,000 Per-Capita Guess While Defending the Economic Strategy

4:45 p.m. (b)

I don't think we can accurately speculate that we can earn $20,000 per capita. Because it's not possible to guess like this. It's always iffy hit or miss guesswork that goes awry as it flies off the bow.

I think however, we do have the best economic strategy. This new model of making full use of our people, letting them offer valuable contributions to our net competitive output, is brilliant, fair and effective.

We also have the most respected policy strategy for running this country so we minimize any theft or hiding of any information or facts. I think I'm seen as the most honest person in this place. I think on a scorecard, I'll get 100 to 90.

████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████ But to them, I'm a 70, at lowest, because the average sum of it all is honest enough.

Statistically on a Bell curve, I'd say my honesty rating is closer to 95 average somehow, because it's anyway my own opinions that are being evaluated. Not objective facts, but my value judgments on those facts, which are by themselves merely perspectives of truth as they appear to them, through the eye sockets of bias cursed upon them by everyone and everything.

Our social approach is also extremely progressive and puts us in line with the most advanced nations in the world.. this also makes our people very strong, valuable and prized human assets internationally.

Friday the 13th, Jonathan Hirshon and Preferring Decisive Teammates

5:00 p.m.

Well it's a Friday the 13th.

Nothing bad happened.

Seems like a good day.

I don't really care about Jonathan Hirshon. I guess I like the fellow.. he's like one of my favourite people.. one of my best friends as I consider them from my side.

I never even asked this fellow about this business of cyber. It wouldn't have mattered what we did, we wouldn't have always succeeded. █████████████████████████████████████████ But I guess, we can sort those out soon.

I always prefer people who take action.

█████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████ ███████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████ I've never done that, because I feel more comfortable with confident, assertive people who think on their own and do stuff and try to figure out stuff by themselves. ████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████

A Last-Among-Equals Leadership Style With Fair Profit Sharing

5:15 p.m.

█████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████

Because I don't do that.

First off, everyone's equal. So that means this is level playing field.

Secondly, correction: it's a last amongst equals leadership style. So, anyone at the top, anyone coming in first, as usual, they are at the bottom really, the last to eat, and come in and leave last. If you're talking hours, it doesn't matter, you can do whatever.

I don't think I've ever talked down or forced anyone to do anything.

I think I've only done an excellent job at inspiring and leading and motivating people always for no cash payment into excelling and performing their very best.

Thirdly, but that, is because I promise the best pay or a fair share of the income. That's the only way I do business. I never pay people very little amounts, or cheat them. That's what crooks do.

I'm proud. For Hirshon. Half. For our Cyberspace Command team, I think more than 35% was shared. Which is very generous. But also the right thing to do. Because those people built and earned that and they create this massive stake for their family and friends and their own future.

Planning to Replace Cabinet MPs With Skilled Ministers

8:45 p.m. (b)

This is a great game for managing electricity supply and power...

I love these types of games.

I think that our government won't fail in any way because we are just honest, open and people can see what we're doing.

I won't accept any members of parliament to take up any cabinet minister positions in my cabinet or executive government.

I think everyone, already selected, they can do a much better service.

I think this Lalith Kahatapitiya is in for Home Affairs or Home Minister, but they're all clever people. ██████████████████████████████████████████████████ Lalith owns patents, which he writes in his daughter's name. He is great at electrical panels and stuff. Very cool guy. Very successful. He can help Kris from Virtusa with Energy Ministry.

I'm astonished at the destruction and ruin of Sri Lanka.

It's all to do with a bad, failed political system.

██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████ They can't succeed because they play by the rules. ████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████ ██████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████

This is why we're changing these rules, so our MPs can definitely help people directly and help them earn or interface with us.

We only want people like Kris, Lalith, Chamath, capable, honest and good people in our government running things...

We won't give any MPs any more ministries: we're not keeping that Westminster style government any longer.

We're switching to this US system, where the secretary runs the department. Although, we keep that title of Minister, because we assign that budget to them and it's easier for them to manage and the public see a familiar term..

Political Assassination Fears, Fictionalised Diaries and Anger Over Inaction

9:00 p.m.

That's a cost of doing the business of politics or running a country or leading.

I guess that my Captain's Log can be used as an enemy propaganda tool against us. But it's always been presented as my diary, it's heavily fictionalised and I've written it to be entertaining as a product.

I shouldn't bother about it.

I mean in the end, I always have freedom of thought, which is what this is, and not really an exercise of freedom of speech, which is a secondary usage or refuge.

Choosing Leaders for a Sri Lankan Sovereign Wealth Fund

9:30 p.m. (b)

Answer: Small

Me!!

Hehehehe

Whatever

I'm doing my elliptical machine run now

Listening to my music

I was thinking that

And I had my dinner.

Pepperoni pizza with extra topping

And a fried chicken drumstick

I was thinking

That Chamath Palihapitiya is good for SWF, but that it's too much stress for anyone.

You don't want anyone burnt out

And finance ministry is too hard as it is

Best to vote in anyone capable

Most likely Warren Buffet because we can get hedge funds to either set up at our BOSL and or SWF

I think banks will deposit with BoSL

Big equity funds and investors will use SWF which is a big area

They also get 10% of our citizen's income, as deposits, so that's hyper attractive

I'm not sure whom to put here

Chamath can pick

I second Warren and Ray Dalio

But anyone up for it can do so

Even Dave Rubenstein

I think Dilhan Sandrasegara

Adena Friedman from Nasdaq

Sandberg is running the whole government so she also can't be burnt out with it

I think Arosha Gunasekera can't do it, despite Cambridge university international finance I think PhD or something

Wealth something

This is a lot more tricky

Though

As we have to have a strong culture

I put Arosha in my finance ministry though

I also like his attitude, started with Warwick, went up to Oxford, then Cambridge

He seems a bit too studious and rote memorisation type

This is an art and when we don't have the best, we will run into issues

We want the ones writing textbooks, not the ones reading and memorizing or learning

Because always there is radical innovation and we're competing internationally

Ray fits the bill here

I think most people we have locally are part of this corrupt culture which is also hyper prone towards hiding anything possible.

I don't plant the bad seeds

Grow the flowers in an orchard, the vegetables in their plot and the fruits in their own area

Don't mix up things or you'll end up in trouble and unable to collect the harvest right

The SWF is supposed to be largely aggressive investment, and we also need to guide the equity stake owners

Warren is the best bet

We need the best for this

We most likely will win business globally as people respond favourably to us

Planned Embassy Closures, Possible Data Theft and Sri Lanka’s Political Culture

11:45 p.m. (h)

Sajith's father Premadasa and I think Sirimavo Bandaranaike set up a Palestine Embassy. JR Jayawardena established an Israeli Embassy because we were told to do so by the US in order to buy US-made weapons via Israel we couldn't buy directly from the US. Sirimavo shut it down later. The less sophisticated Premadasa taking over reigns from JR, as UNP leader, closed it down.

I'm actually opening an Israeli Embassy. I'm closing the Palestine Embassy as head of state. I will also close Iran, Russia and China Embassy in Sri Lanka, expelling their diplomats and asking our diplomats to return. Although, Patrick Mendis isn't keen on following my horrible lead on this.

***

I think even if ███████ █████████ has possibly stolen data, despite cited references and credentials and promises, I think that the data itself was always published openly, and so, it's not sensitive. Which is why he was provided with this hdd and also given instructions allowing him to read through anything he wishes. As it's not that sensitive. I even offered to gift my hdd to him as thanks for helping me with this. I think I speculate, this is a diary, it's not a newspaper or a tabloid as Gotabaya would describe my work. These speculations are my thoughts, often my minds processing records, not necessarily hard facts, evidence and official policy.

I am going to see if we can recover the data again with Sumathi IT as it's a family owned business. But I see potential conflicts that can arise soon, so I might avoid it. There's likely to be falling out or misunderstandings that will arise in the natural course of business. I will be restricting or turning to alternative parties as I move ahead with my life.

I regret Jonathan Hirshon not taking steps from his own side in the US to work out any ways to earn income as a response and strategy to deploy in restoring or helping me to overcome my crises which he has demonstrated repeated knowledge and tactical empathy, interest and friendship towards helping with.

However, he also is being over worked. And he is helpful. These kinds of criminal breaches of trust and our expectations is actually very common and the ██████████████████████████████████████████████. We should in fact avoid and presume that a betrayal or criminal activity will take place inevitably. This degree of hacking isn't really sophisticated, it's not even considered hacking, as it's clear who's responsible, it's mostly fraud, criminal data theft and betrayal, and even treason because you factor in the custody of evidence and its security. I regret making this mistake. I think that it's not the end of the world. We are also thinking of leaving Sri Lanka. █████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████████. For what it's worth, we could stop any progress initiatives, then cooperate with "Sri Lanka way of business" leveraging local assets, and move ahead, as the people chose that fate.

In any country, people are always in power and they have to answer for any decisions they choose. When there are 196 barrels in the cargo hold. Some barrels are big, some small. When ship captain opens them up, only the apples floating at the top matter. ███████████████████████████████████, then automatically you are reasonable, fair and correct to assume all the 23m apples, all the 1.3b apples, all the 332m apples, they are rotten or good. The 6m voters for, 5m voters against, the 10m voters abstaining, the 2m kids who cannot vote. The whole barrel is judged by the apples found at the very top. And that's what democracy is. It's a beautiful thing, if you choose the best to float to the top. It's a s***ty, flawed failure if the dirtiest, shittiest and most foul apples float to the top. Yes, some may escape, maybe 1% of apples. But most will be stuck and then they'll pay or be thrown out, discarded as castaways to feed the fish. That's the highest reward or penalty for any decision any nation can make. That's how sacred leadership is. And I don't think these kids should forgive their parents for the betrayal. I'm not a Buddhist, I'm not a Christian, I don't believe in karma, I don't believe in G-d, but I know it's not because of bad karma, or G-d, or anything else, but the simple fact people here chose to be weak. Yes, the borderline mental retardation doesn't help. But that choice to disrespect honesty, dishonor the honest and betray those trustworthy, that was a choice, and you have to pay for the collective decision.

Be careful how you vote. If you are honest, vote honest. As the country's judged on this. Before complaining about the corrupt leader, start fighting tooth and nail, for life or for death, with the crooks, the stupid and the dishonest who vote in crooks, stupid and dishonest, time and time again. Or else, there won't be any victory, or change or progress. Before an honest leader can show up, the people of the country must be honest. If not Lee Kuan Yew, the people of Singapore would've chosen any next best honest leader amongst them because that's who the people of Singapore are.
